An awareness seminar was organised for the students of Classes X and XI at Sant Nischal Singh Public School, Ladwa, to sensitise them about important issues concerning their safety, legal rights and responsible citizenship. Advocate Amit Saharawat conducted an informative session on the POCSO Act, highlighting the importance of personal safety, understanding boundaries, speaking up against inappropriate behaviour, and knowing the legal safeguards available to children. ASI Rishipal also addressed the students on Cyber Crime and Drug Abuse. He made students aware of responsible use of digital platforms, common cyber threats, online safety measures and the consequences of becoming involved in cyber offences. He further sensitised them about the harmful effects and serious legal consequences of consuming and possessing drugs, encouraging them to stay away from substance abuse and make healthy, responsible choices.
